NW Driving
I am a fully qualified Instructor based in Prudhoe.
I have held a full driving license for 33 years, and been a ADI driving Instructor for over 21 years.
I have completed an NVQ in Driving Instruction on top of the usual DSA qualifications.
Having 2 kids I am a big believer in safe motoring and advocate the Driving Standards Agency 'Safe Driving For Life' policy.
Terms and Conditions
You need to wear glasses or contact lenses if they are required to read a number plate from 20.5 metres. - (DVSA requirements)
You must not be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs which may cause drowsiness or affect reactions.
You must present your valid UK provisional driving licence to me at the start of your initial lesson.
You must give 48 Hours’ notice to cancel your lesson or the full fee may be charged
If you are unwell, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can try and let someone else take your appointment time.
I may need to make changes to lessons., sometimes this is due to unavoidable car maintenance/issues, or are down to pupils cancelling/rescheduling lessons, I will try to avoid this as much as possible. If I need to cancel due to a problem I will endeavor to rearrange the lesson to a time suitable for you
Lessons will start on time wherever possible. If I am running late I will try to advise in advance and any lost time will be added to the end or to future lessons.
Penalties, I will make every effort to ensure you drive in accordance with the law, however any fines that may be incurred, such as speeding, will be the sole responsibility of the driver.
I reserves the right to withhold the use of the driving instruction tuition vehicle for the candidate practical test if I consider that the candidate is not at test standard.
Also please be aware that it is the candidate’s responsibility to take the required items to their practical driving test – Driving license, glasses/contact lenses, mask etc.
While every effort is made to maintain my driving school car to a high standard I cannot be responsible for any mechanical or electrical faults that may happen before or during your practical driving test. I will not be held responsible if your test is cancelled due to such events.
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
Pre-paid lesson blocks are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
To use the car for a second test (after a fail) then sufficient extra lessons must be taken to address any issues raised during test -
